Job Opening – Senior Marketing Specialist
Creative Contractors is seeking a detail-oriented, collaborative Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This role develops proposal materials, presentations, and marketing collateral that showcase our work and strengthen our brand. If you’re a collaborative marketer with strong design and presentation skills, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation and production of proposals, qualifications packages, and project sheets
- Create, update, and maintain visually compelling presentations using PowerPoint
- Produce high-quality layouts and graphics in Adobe InDesign
- Manage part-time marketing coordinator and outsourced contractors
- Support company-wide marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Maintain organized files, content libraries, and project information
- Collaborate closely with project teams, business development, and leadership
- Enter and update information in the CRM system
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft PowerPoint required
- Strong writing, editing, and layout skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time-management abilities
- CRM knowledge preferred but not required
- Team player with a positive, proactive approach to working with and managing others
