Creative Contractors Opens Third Regional Office in Lakeland

TAMPA, FL – (June 28, 2024)- Creative Contractors (Creative), a distinguished construction firm headquartered in Clearwater, Florida announces the opening of a third regional office in Lakeland, Florida and celebrated with a ribbon cutting hosted by the Lakeland Chamber of Commerce. This strategic expansion is a natural result of decades of success building in Polk County and aims to meet the growing regional demand for construction services and provide superior service to existing clients.

The Creative office will be led by company Vice President, Troy Powell.  Powell joined Creative in 2006 and has a track record of success leading teams building for notable clients such as Lakeland Regional Health, Saint Leo University, Pasco County Schools, and many others. Commenting on the new office, Powell stated, “I’m thrilled we’re establishing a physical presence in downtown Lakeland. There are a lot of exciting things happening in Polk County, and we look forward to supporting its continued growth.”
